Doug is Super Efficient! Doug has made purchasing properties really easy for me. He is very knowledgeable on letting me know what the market value is at the moment and if I should make an offer. Of course, when I do, he just sends me an email to sign. From there, I just show up with a check at closing. As easy as that.
